  We love Mountain View Condos and stay here every year, usually a different unit every year but most are through S&D.Unit 2506 was very nice and clean.The beds were comfortable as were the living room chairs. I let management know that the bed pillows could use and upgrade and she assured me that would be taken care of. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation.

The condo is centrally located so it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The kids loved the playground along with the indoor & outdoor pools.   This rental was as pictured. The place was updated, had plenty of room, and anything we needed. It was quiet but close to everything. We had a couple issues and the owner Shelly was very responsive and had the issues resolved Immediately. Everyone is going to a gripe or have a complaint to some degree. I was not a fan of the firm mattress but my wife was so I lost that argument. The low water pressure in the showers was the biggest let down to the family. When you are on vacation you like a good hot relaxing shower to get you going in the morning or to help you unwind after a day out shopping, playing and various other activities. The complex was easy to access, the staff was friendly which made for an over all good experience. We would stay here again.

  We had a great stay in Pigeon Forge. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The views were great. I enjoyed walking on the path and my kids enjoyed the pool. We were a little disappointed the outdoor pool was not open, but they still enjoyed the indoor pool. The whole place is family oriented, and it is very quiet at night. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

This time we tried somewhere else prior to calling here but when we got to the place it was not a very clean place so we canceled it got our money back and called to check availability.   Stayed here during a winter white out Christmas vacation. Could not have been happier as most people in mountain cabins were snowed and iced in and lost power. We were not. Easy access in and out and cozy as can be. This condo has every amenity down to a Christmas tree! Even sweet maintenance staff lent us a sled. Would definitely stay again.
